On Being Thankful

In my experience, it is truly the case that some things are worse than death. They just are.

That being said, each and every one us us must have the ability to be thankful for what we have, whether it is what we want, what we need, or how we would have planned something to be is really irrelevant in the scheme of it all.

I am also thankful and happy that today marks the thirteenth (13) anniversary since I have smoked a cigarette.

As the season approaches, let me not lose sight of what I have for which to be thankful today.

Thank you for your minds.
